RecommendedGot something in my tire today on I294 and immediately started loosing air pressure. I got off expressway and stopped at Firestone in Hinsdale but they were unable to get me in. Manager called to Downers Grove location who could get me in. They filled me up with air and I was able to make it to the other location where Bob was able to get me in right away and make the repair. The managers and employees at both locations were great and very helpful. Thank you for your prompt and great service!!

awesome place to get your car taken care of
against women and SENIORS. Brought my car in for a oil change, ended up with a $800.00 job. Did not have the money, refused to give my car back unless I pay, ready to call the police on me. That money was for my real estate tax. The service man did not care I was a Senior, etc.
They are the worst place ever I would way rather take my money else where. Every time I got my car fixed there there was something else that would break. On top of that I just got brakes not that long ago from them and they are already bad. They make you pay top dollar and give you bottom dollar stuff. Worst place ever!!!
Had them inspect my son's truck, gave me a $1700 quote - which is more than I can afford. I called to tell them I was having it picked up by a tow company spoke to Roberto. Hans the manager called me an hour later to yell at me. I told him I had spoken to Roberto and they knew the truck was coming. He said they would put it back together for the guy.
