Tried to schedule an appointment three days in advance, never received any type of confirmation. Finally called the day of, they said the 'time wasn't available' that I had tried to schedule. I received no notice, nothing, that it wasn't available. What's the point of online scheduling then? At least the person on the phone was nice.
