Spent two hours there thinking that they fixed my tire only to discover (seven hours later) that they did absolutely nothing to it. When I called asking to bring it back the same day they refused to help me. My own fault as I probably should have done a more thorough job making sure they did the job I paid them to do.
They truly honor the Road hazard warranty. Very nice and make u feel like family.
the shop and workers themselves were great but, the "out the door" price on your website was way off it said 158.00 for one tire when I actually left it was 171.00 so not a fan of the "out the door" button will not be using it again
Went there cause my tire was going flat. Thought I'd need a new tire. Just needed a patch. I was prepared to pay for a new one. Didn't have to. Your honesty will keep me as a customer.
Gary Vicknair worked on my car and did a fabulous job! James, the manager, was courteous and honest. They even put on a movie for my daughter and gave her a popsicle while we waited.
Not even remotely helpful. I brought them the printout from a diagnostic that was run on my truck. They charged me $80 to redo the diagnostic and just said the exact same result...and suggested that I go somewhere else to get the issue fixed.
