Scheduled my appointment online early Sunday morning for an oil change and tire rotation and found an opening at 12pm same day which was great. Received email confirmation in less than five minutes. This was my first time at this location and the customer service and overall experience was great.
Our experience started a few months ago when my wife brought our mini van in to get the tires changed. Over 5 hours later the car was done, note they said it would take an hour. As a make good they gave us a free oil change, which we tried to use today. After an hour and a half wait the car was "done". I just got in the car and the check oil light came on, also I noticed the sticker had not been changed. Clearly they didn't change the oil. What a joke. I wouldn't trust this place with my Schwinn!
Easily the best customer service I've ever received at a car maintenance business.
