Brought my car back 4 times for them to fix the tires I purchased from them.They were unable To do so.

How do I send you a private message about an issue that I have been dealing with you and 3 of your managers in Shrewsbury ma. A promise is constantly made and never carried through. I can no longer spend hours dealing with this. I have been your customer for over 40 years.

RecommendedI want to personally thank Dan and all of the guys at Firestone who went way out of their way to get me a specialized tire at closing time from Town Fair Tire in Auburn. They actually had someone from another Firestone shop drive out to Auburn to pick up the tire my vehicle needed that no one else had. I cannot believe the absolutely outstanding service they all provided. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so very much for all of your help from start to finish!!
Usually pretty reliable. Been customer for over 6 years and probably spent over 10K with them on various services. Dropped my car off for an oil change today at 9:30am and at 3:30pm called to see if my car is ready and was told they have not got to it yet. “It May get done today or tomorrow” I am told. Not even sure if it will get done today....an oil change. They literally have no plan for my car and I was told specifically by them Friday not to make an appointment if I was dropping off. Horrible customer service. Manger actually blamed me the customer for being late to my appointment as reason that a 15min tire change wasn’t ready when I dropped the car off at 9:30am and it wasn’t ready at 3pm!! I was alway a regular customer I’m never going back after this treatment.
So after someone put gas in my diesel truck this past Sunday my truck was towed here. Being a Sunday it was the only place open. I was very worried about my truck being a diesel truck getting fixed here because they are not experienced in this truck. They all worked together and came up with a solution to get my truck fixed for me. I would recommend these guys to everyone. I totally appreciate everything they did for me.
Jeff did a great job on my alignment, but $122.30 to straighten out wheels? That's stupidly expensive for no reason. Literally took 15 minutes of labor... Was told $80 over the phone.
