They are the best auto shop in town. These guys are totally knowledgeable, honest and will go above and beyond. Today David Robertson help me with getting the right amount of air in my tires. He helped me right away as I approached the counter and I asked him since I have purchased the tires here will he be willing to check my air pressure for me. His response was very kind. Stopped in to get a tire repaired on Saturday, and was told" I can top off the air and get you an appointment for Tuesday to get it fixed". They really want me to drive around for 3 days on a bad tire? What kind of service is that.
We had problems with a vehicle on a Sunday afternoon. I called and said we would be there in a little bit. They first told me that they wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday morning. They got it in shortly after we got there and looked at it. They didn't find anything wrong initially, but recommended that we leave it there overnight and have it looked at more in the morning. They took us and our luggage across the street to a hotel and fixed the vehicle within a timely manner.
Always outstanding and respectful customer service and communication from the guys. As a single woman, I appreciate the honesty with which they conduct business. Thank you to Sam and the rest of the guys for always a job well done!
This store stayed after 5 to make sure my wife had new tires on her suburban!
