RecommendedAwesome service!! Came on early on a Sunday morning after spending a week @ a cabin in Florissant with a flat tire and needing to drive 700 miles back home to OK today. Found the nail, patched it and we were out in 45 minutes!!! Dog friendly lobby (treats too!!) and coffee for the hubby. Stellar customer service is why I always use Firestone!!

These folks are amazing. Visiting from Iowa the clamp on our radiator hose loosened at the very top of Pikes Peak. Thinking we'd literally blown the hose, we nursed our way down (thankfully freezing temps) and got a tow to this shop. By this time they were just closing. Next morning, we rcv'd the call to come get the car. We were shocked and pleased they only charged the original diagnostic test of $28 yet also tightened the clamp back up and added new radiator fluid. Humble, kind and HONEST! We have had the worst experience ever with Firestone! 3 different locations and my truck still has the same problem within a 6 month time period. RIDICULOUS!!! We call and just get turned in circles!! Worst place ever!!!

I had a Bad experience with Firestone...my car broke down...I took my car back 3 times and they couldn't diagnose the problem,they actually told me the engine was bad...we took the car somewhere else and got it fixed and it wasn't the engine...they also over charged me....they had the audacity to charge me $700.00 dollars and they couldn't fix the problem. Finally after complaints to corporate they discounted the bill.I would NEVER go to that specific Firestone ever...!The manager Rick, didn't seem to care.
