I made an appointment for 1:00 PM for lifetime wheel alignment. I went to go pick up my car at 5:00PM and they hadn't even started on the car yet. The person there was very rude and lied to me that they are working on my car when I went at 5:00. I saw my car parked outside at the same spot. At that point i took my car keys and left to another place where they have better value for my time.
