I just saw another post from a good friend about this store and how his personal items were stolen out of his vehicle while being repaired I normally don't post drama like this but that is the third person on my Facebook list that is posted the same exact thing from that same exact store! Just a warning to anyone who plans on taking their car there, clean it out first!!!! Firestone in kent
They were done sooner than expected and Randy, working the front, saved me $300 on tires! He was great. Definitely recommend making an appointment instead of walking in because they get super busy.
Great shop. Randy, the boss, is always cheerful and helpful. Will continue to give him business.
Multiple times now they've messed up my vehicle in ways that could have been life-endangering, once with a tie rod repair and then with selling tires four sizes too small. The manager is rude. They've lied to me about repairs to the battery and cables as well. Please do not come here if you value your safety and money.
