It’s one thing to politely explain that your business can’t help a client because of availability, it’s quite another to be a jerk and refuse to help a customer. This place lacks the professionalism needed to retain costumers. I will not be doing business so with this company.
If you are a single mom DO NOT go to this store! After telling the guy Paul that my wheel bearing or axel was bad and needed to be fixed the noise was so loud I couldn't even drown it out with my radio. After getting a phone call letting me know that the wheel bearings and axel were just fine I agreed to some other work that I knew needed to be done. To make a long story short he lied repeatedly and didn't fix the issue now I have a 1200 dollar bill and had to go somewhere… See more
