Firestone could improve by not selling people parts that they do not need and also by offering people the lowest bid the first time instead of on the third bid. They should also make the general public aware of the point system that they use which motivates their shops to sell people parts they do not need as well as marking up the parts at a god-awful rate.
Worst possible care!!!! The new manager doesn’t treat his customers right! Instead of fixing the problem he would rather scream and yell and tell the customer that they are wrong rather than fixing the problem. Then when you call them they don’t want to put the manager on the phone and want to ask you questions rather than do what you asked in the first place. Nothing but problems and headquarters will be called!
Usually have good service but not yesterday. I had an appointment at 11:00 for tire rotation, balancing and alignment. Was there 10 minutes early and was told they were behind and would get to me as soon as they could. I asked how long before they could get to my car and was told about 45 minutes. OK, jobs can run over and I get that. To make this long story short I walked out of there 4 1/2 hours later with a recommendation of service of $1,300.00.
