The service that was supposed to be done on my car wasn't, The same problem excist, The guy.liked to me,no new part was added to my car, no email for reference to the job or receipt, 650$ down the drain, they.only aired my tires. It's a shame how these companies will lie and take money from customers This is the Firestone in Knoxvile Tennessee
I was able to schedule an appointment online for 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment check. I was done and out the door around 9:00 AM.
