Logan Laird and all the staff at this location was great
Just stopped in to have a low tire checked. The employee came out to look, then told me since the tire was over 4 years old they couldn't do a repair. He said it was a Dept. of Transportation regulation. I left and then checked online. As far as I can tell, no such regulation exists...just one that states the repair has to be made in the tread only and not the sidewall which I already knew. Makes me wonder who came up with the 4 year rule at Firestone? Seems like they want to force customers to buy new tires. Not good.
