The service was great. Had a 5:00 appointment, arrived early, was out by 5:15. I do have an issue with the inconsiderate jerk in the waiting area with no mask on watching loud obnoxious videos on his phone oblivious to other people. I chose to wait outside in the cold rather than subjecting myself to him and his nasty cough as he walked out. Have heard from others that Firestone does not require their guests to wear masks so we will no longer be giving any Firestone our business.

I just called this location to ask for a quote for an oil change. I made it clear that I was only asking for a quote. The rep informed me that they close in 10 min. I again explained I was simply looking for a price. He explained the price. I asked if he needed to know what type of vehicle I drive and he said no. He said anything over 5qts you just pay extra. I broke down on the freeway Saturday night, was towed here by AAA because the driver said they were the only one that he knew of who were open on Sunday. They opened at 8AM, had me back on the road by 11AM. Excellent, friendly service!!
Been with Firestone for 3 years! Love the service and the work. Very honest and very friendly. Never have had an issue. Great staff!!
Yesterday my check engine light came on. I took it to Auto Zone and the code came back showing an expensive repair was likely. Today I took it to Firestone (off George Liles for local friends) and they ran diagnostics to confirm the same as Auto Zone. The estimate was $1350 and would take 6-7 hours. Instead I had the oil changed and was going to bring it back for the repair. A few minutes later the shop called back. The have had my car in the garage for an hour, for an oil change. I was the second customer......really? And the guy at the desk was a little unpleasant to put it nicely. Salisbury's fire stone rocks. This place gives fire stone a bad rep. Update: Went inside to see what was going on. I told the rep I had been waiting an hour and nobody told me my wait was going to be that long.
