Had a small nail in side of the tire. They showed me the leak and location of nail, unfortunately due to location of nail it could not be patched. The tech gave me some tire choices and replaced the tire. Great experience and quick service.

They were able to complete a complicated brake service on my Superduty to keep me on the road. They also identified some other work needed soon and showed it to me. The National Franchise and Brand ensures the work is right and backed wherever I go.

Very satisfied both times i've been to this Firestone! The staff is awesome, both appointments were taken on time, and done in my opinion very quickly. I am a 'car' guy, and very picky about who I use, both vehicles were done right, and they were neat, and clean when I got them back! I will use them again, and definately recommend to others! Thank you John, and crew!
