Always get a second opinion..better yet go elsewhere..that's all I will say...
My 2014 Silverado needed new brakes on all 4 wheels, and rotors on the front. $625 I think is a little much, but did it anyway. Within a week I can hear rattling and a grinding noise in the brakes. I take it back and they tell me a caliper bolt was stripped on the front passenger side and it’s all fixed. A few days go by and I still hear a rattle. I go under the truck myself and find the front driver brakes have a bolt that is so loose it’s almost falling off (photo). I go tell them and their excuse was ” well there’s not mu... read more
