Horrible experience. Came in to buy a tire. Knew I wanted it replaced even established that with the service associate that helped me. Then the tech comes out and tells me the tire needs replaced and wants to know what I am doing. Wasted and extra hour to find out I want them to do what I asked them to do in the first place.

Most pathetic business I've visited. Stay away! Go to Tire Barn or Discount Tire.
Never had a bad experience here. Sometimes it gets busy and the wait is a bit long, but the mall is within walking distance. Used to go to the Lansing IL location but they stopped offering Sunday hours. This is a little bit further drive, but well worth it!
Service was prompt, friendly and very informative.
Very nice and great price on 2 tires for my truck when no one else had them and only took 1hr 15 mins to do thank u great job and w I'll be back for sure
