I scheduled an oil change on 4-12-19 @ 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:28pm and they got me in right away. There was me and one other customer in the waiting room. I don’t know what was going on but I didn’t leave until 4:25pm. Are you even kidding me?!?!? 55 minutes for a simple oil change! I’ve been coming here for years but not anymore I can tell you that.
Terrible customer service! Manager is rude and unprofessional. Witnessed other customers receive poor customer service as well. I was given two bills and neither of them add up to the ridiculous price I was charged to install 4 tires I purchased from them. Go somewhere else...anywhere else!
The service was incredible from start to finish! We appreciated the entertainment of watching the mouse running around out in the work area too😂 we feel like you should just get him a name tag and welcome him to the team 😂 great attitudes and knowledge from everyone.
thay say thay have ur tires u want..get u in there and then say we dont have ur tires. and try to sell u tires that cost more. then try to giv u free oil change..dont use this garge....warn the crooks
I have been taking my vehicle or family members vehicles to them since 2004 they have always gone out of their way to make sure that their customers are safe and taken care of
Hate to leave this review because we've never had bad service here before but this time was 100% different, went in to have work done and left with an empty wallet more problems and the car running worse that it did before the work. Staff was of very little help and very rude, I pray that no other customers have the type of service that me and my husband did.
They got me in and out and calmed me down about a situation with my car. Will recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work!
