They took over an hour I really wish discount tire had been open! Because then it also would've been free!!!
There was screw up when I call to make appt for oil change. When I show up they told me two hrs wait time.. I was very upset with tht. But when I call 1pm to talk someone they told me to come in and we will do oil change no charge.. Still love ya.. Thanks so much..
ok people any one that knows me knows I love my cars , the guys a Firestone ( the one on clocktower drive Austin tx in particular) are hands down some of the most organized, professional ,honest , and patient ( heard them on the phone with a few of you winners out there ) crews I've had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time !!! summation, THESE GUYS ROCK!!! 100% recommended! and cut the guys some slack on the phone people ,hardworking mechanics! not miracle workers take care of your rides
