My daughter took her car in for an oil change and was offered a free inspection.....she was told she needed over $1,000 worth of repairs, including new brake pads which they were happy to install for nearly $400. My husband and I advised her to take it to another place in Laurel. She was charged $180 versus nearly $400 at Firestone. It seems as if they are taking advantage of younger customers.
Got there at 11 to get two tires mounted and balanced, front end alignment, and install two camber bolts. Was told I would be done by 1pm when I asked around 11:45. 1pm gets here and they haven’t mounted one tire. Had to be brought home by a technician so my girlfriend could make it to work on time. Was told I would get a discount for inconvenience. Had a wonderful experience. Treated with respect & the service is a five star rating. The vehicle inspection was top notch. They have definitely got them a repeat customer.
If you are a female make sure to take a male that knows about cars, because any places I been and this is not an exception tion they try to screw women to charge them more, I am glad I have a male that could handle this situations. Women be aware !
I love Firestone. A nation wide network. Had all my information. Right in the middle of a 2200 mile vacation, 600 miles from home, we had an emergency. Hit the smart phone and Firestone was less than 5 miles away. Had a driver pick up what they needed, repaired my vehicle in less than 2 hours, AND my Firestone credit card allowed me to continue on my trip without a financial upheaval, with 6 months to pay with no interest. Great Products. Great People, Great Company. LOVE Firestone.
