These people are complete liars! The customer service is horrible and they will lie and tell you something is wrong with your vehicle when it isn’t. I went in for a rear brakes job which was supposed to have been $174 plus tax and I ended up being quoted $1,050 in repairs. They told me I needed new tires which was a complete lie because I had just purchased new tires 7 months prior to. They tried to charge me $400 for 2 basic tires that I didn’t need. Horrible!!! My car had been there since 12pm & still no one has gotten to it.. asked could they keep it overnight to work on in the morning 🙄🙄

I dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change. 2 hours later and my car hadn’t even made it inside the garage to be worked one. I was originally quoted an hour for the service. I’m still waiting on my car 2.5 hours later. This is ridiculous. I’m looking at my car from the waiting room inside and haven’t seen anyone touch my car in over 20 minutes. Kathy the manager is so rude! They were screwing over my daughter and when I called to complain she hung up on me twice. Rude yet again this afternoon with my daughter she cussed her and we are returning the tire. Never do business with this person! Make KATHY famous for having the most horrible attitude and terrible customer service.

Oh my goodness. I'm not sure I've ever been treated so badly by someone who is a customer service manager. We had an unrepairable tire and bad spare while traveling. Called and were told that the tire I needed was in stock and could be installed. Got there at 1:00 and were told it would be a while. We said OK. thank you. I parked the car and settled in. This has got to be the worst customer service. There managers are very rude!! They are definitely not people person get some new managers, I wouldn’t recommend this to nobody at least on Mayfield Goodyear will get our business!

Had a blowout on our boat trailer driving through the area. They were very busy but still managed to get a new tire on a rim for us super quickly! Great service!

I noticed a small black spot on my driveway underneath my car on 5/14/19, so when I took my car in for a routine oil change on 5/15/19, I asked them to check for an oil leak. Additionally, my check engine light turned on on the way to get my oil changed, so I asked them to check on that as well.
