This location used to be awesome! Firestone seems to recently have a much bigger emphasis on sales growth though and not taking care of people and their cars needs. They’ve brought several higher pressured sales guys to this location and have tried to trick and over sell my wife twice now in the last year. This location was always overbooked so I’m not sure the need to squeeze more out of us. The only reason we still go is because of the firestone credit card. Currently looking for other options though.
Friendly staff, had a good chunk of work to be done and they comped my oil change. Thanks guys!
I discovered a nail in one of my tires and because I have their road hazard brought my vehicle in immediately to get it fixed. Along with the package comes the regular Mount balance and rotate and lifetime front end alignment. Service was quick and efficient in and out within 1 hour. Very pleased
Did not have time to fix my tire which had a nail said they will not be able to fix it today , oh by the way I will never shop there for my tires again also will never go their for an oil change
Did a great job with my oil change. I was late for my appointment and they still got me out in a timely manner. Daphne was very professional and great to talk with. Thanks for a nice experience.
I thought that they were quick and efficient. Going to this Firestone i saved over 88.00. on a tire which was good too me. Very courteous and friendly. It's a little out of the way, but I can make exceptions.�����
