Took my truck to Waxahachie Firestone for an oil change and told them my top radiator hose was leaking. The service manager called me back with repair costing $518. I obviously declined and after 5 minutes online and a $6 dollar O ring I fixed it myself in 10 minutes. #theywillgetyouiftheycan

Just waited 4.5 hours for 4 tires and an alignment on a car. This was after being told they had tires in stock and didnt. I sat and listened to them tell an elderly lady that she had no oil on dipstick of her Lexus and charged a man $200 for oil change ... i will never use these guys again.!!!After about 3 hours i was told just a few more minutes, it was another 1.5 hours!! So as i see it they are liars and customer service sucked.. oh and yes i had an appointment.
This place saved us! We were over 3 hours from home, and had a flat with no way to repair it...after getting the spare put on...I called NTB and they said they were closing, which it was over a hour til they closed. So we called this location, and not only were they super helpful and told us to be careful, they waited an hour for us to get here! Very good service. Had tires and alignment done on my truck in and out in about 1hr and 45mins. Then took my Pilot on for a.c. issues, they said they would try to work it in. They called me about an hour later and apologized they they found out their equipment didn't fit. I didn't expect them to even get to it for several more hours. Great place for sure.
As always, courtesy, clean, informative and dependable.
