This team is amazing and accommodating! And they support Breastfeeding so of course i give them 5 stars!!!
We always get our oil changes at firestone and always expect a wait. Yesterday it was going to be 1-1 1/2 wait which was okay but they had me out of there in 30mins
A big thank you to Jay at Firestone. We were left stranded in San Antonio on Sunday, November 20th. After getting a tow to Firestone and talking with Jay about getting our van fixed, he assured us that he would have us back on the road by 6 pm. We took a cab from Firestone to the Roxie Theater to see a play that we had tickets for, then returned to Firestone to check on the van. The van was still being worked but we were on our way by 6. Jay and the mechanics at this Firestone certainly made our day. Great job, guys.
