Not a lot of people know Firestone is a 7 day a week COMPLETE Auto Care Company with Nationwide warranty service. I came in for an inspection and a tire issue and was taken care of amazingly by Stephen and Co. to make sure I'm safe on the road traveling with my family. Highly recommend this company and location center!
Picked up a screw in my tire on a rainy, Saturday evening. I called and was told to come in. They were very friendly, got my vehicle in fairly quickly and patched my tire. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, offered advice, but were not pushy at all. I was very pleased with the service and will be visiting again for future needs.
I took my car in for a inspection/estimate. Jay is the best. His customer service is a breath of fresh air. He walked me through everything they found and informed me of what I needed. I was going to shop around some more(no need), I'm definitely doing business with Firestone. Thanks guys definitely keep doing what your doing!
We got great service, thanks to everyone there! They also had us back on the road on a timely matter, they made us feel so welcome!
