I took my car in the other day to get some routine work done, and the woman at the counter was incredibly helpful in helping me understanding my options when we found extra work needed to be done. She was incredibly helpful and patient, with great quality work from the techs
Not that they did a bad job, but when making appointment I expect them to adhere to the timeslot given. After 45 min past my scheduled time my car was still not taken in, only after I told them that I would leave and go elsewhere if my car wasn't taken in within the next 15 min did something happen. I have to take time out of my day to be at your place at a certain time, and I expect the you adhere to the time slot you give the costumer, otherwise, what is the point of scheduling?
