The timing of the repair and communication were top notch. My experience at this Firestone always been great

The employees are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I had such good experiences with Firestone in MD that I will only go to Firestone for all my tire needs/concerns.
Friendly employees, polite and nice. But so far I have done a rotation and alignment twice here, each time waited 3-4 hours, and as soon as I leave and get on the highway I notice that the car pulls hard to either left or right so I have to take it back again to do alignment again.
The store manager Dylan is unprofessional. He can suggest a service but when you question him on it, he can't provide a response. That screams scamming to me! if you say I have 2 dead cells, and my dash is only saying one, how can you explain that? I pay to fix the dead sensor and it's still dead on my dash and you have no explanation. Make it make sense! I don't encounter issues like this when going to the dealership.
