They're great but I brought 4 new tires n they looked like they were in the basement. They had sand around the rim but were new, I had to wash them myself. After 4 hrs I was ready to leave. I should get a small discount on those tires. I'm a loyal customer.
No communication. Had an appointment and well over 2 hours after my vehicle still did not get pulled into the shop. I was told when I dropped it off it would only be 1.5 hours. When I arrived back they told me it would be about 2-3 hours wait time, ON TOP of the 2 hours I already waited.
Got me right in at my appointment time, very professional.
This place offers you appointment times my appointment was at 8Am and my vehicle is still in the parking lot at 9:40Am but doesnt honor them the guy told me it would be an hour and 1/2 but doesnt tell you if you tell them drop off they take your vehicle when they want to they only take your vehicle back fast if you wait in lobby. They guy told me 1hr &1/2 so i tell him i go shopping at the Walmart behind them in the meantime my vehicle still hasnt gotten taken back 1hr and 30min after my appointment time
