I've been here many times and every time, they are awesome!
Staff was great. Location was super busy and they fit me in without an appointment. Had an appointment with a competitor at 2:30 that day. The competitor turned me away due to their staffing issue leaving me in a bind. I drove over to Firestone and they got my car in and out within an hour, despite being incredibly busy during an ongoing sale.
Owner of a 2020 Jeep Compass with less than 50K miles I'm very disappointed in Firestore on Big Bend Rd and with my experience there. I went there to get my oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. When I arrived and dropped off my car, about an hour or so later, they emailed me a work order after inspecting the vehicle.
