Worst Customer Service ever. My daughter and son-in-law who is in the military, had their car aligned, and upon picking up the car it feels very unstable, my son-in-law has to go on military duty, leaving tomorrow morning at six in the morning. So we came to the same location to have them correct the error, and Brandon at the front desk, said that he could not guarantee that they could take care of the problem, but it could be done tomorrow. Firestone got me in the same day (on a Sunday) to replace all four of my tires, even though I ended up needing to call a tow truck when my spare blew on the way there. Brandon was especially helpful — he made sure I got extra things done beyond just the tires, like an oil change, an alignment check, and new windshield wipers. Great service and communication — thank you!
Steer clear of this place. Brought my 2022 Sierra in for tire replacement and lube job. After tire replaced at 70 mph the rear end had a ton of vibration. Brought back in and said rear shocks were bad causing tire cupping? Noticed oil leaking from the drain plug. Brought back in. Left it there for 6 hours. Went to pick up and service was never performed.
Very professional and reasonably priced. I will go back.
