I did not receive a call when the work was done on the tires. I called because it was near closing, and was not sure if I would hear back. Tim in the waiting area was fantastic, was multitasking and dealing with everything that was thrown at him. I don't have the service records or the pictures on my account, so I am confused where they are. But I was able to get all 4 tires installed and aligned day of without an appointment.
I was having an issue with my break light sensor and Firestone had a full line of customers and Dillon was able to work it in and was very professional and friendly. That’s why I’m a lifelong customer from Firestone!
Horrible experience first of all I set on hold for an hour to speak to a manager n then they hung up on me I do not recommend anyone going here there is a place on 301 n 60 that is amazing they actually care about there customers
