DO NOT GET BRAKES OR ROTORS REPLACED HERE!!!! Went in because brake pedal dropped slightly while braking but didn't have any other issues or noises. Firestone insists all brakes and rotors need to get replaced which I authorized. Upon leaving, the car proceeds to shake and "groan" loudly when braking over 35 mph. I return and leave the car for the master mechanic to look at it. I return the next day and they said the car is great and they don't hear anything at all.
