Made a reservation at 8 am this morning just called the store because noboofy has confirmed the appointment. Was very Rudley and abruptly told that "In I'm not doing an a)c inspection at 4 o'clock. Meanwhile I'll be driving around in the Florida heat with no A)c and scrambling to find a REPUTABLE garage with personally that possess BASIC manners and customer service skills . 1 star was given only because you can't give 0 .
The biggest thank you to Russ and Efrain for helping me out here! My belt blew 2 hours into a 25 hour drive home and I hustled to the closest place I could. Right at opening Russ helped me by personally looking at my car, communicating what steps they’d take, time frame, and cost. I am 24 years old and on a solo trip, far away from anyone I knew and it was a scary experience!
