David's service was phenomenal. He really took care of what we needed and honestly advised us without trying to push things we didn't need. I appreciate that feeling of not being taken advantage of. They did the work in a timely manner and, he communicated early and often to let me know the next steps.
1 Star (Would give -5 if possible) I had an absolutely terrible experience at Firestone. I was told they could perform a service on my car, so I waited over three hours—only to find out later that they couldn’t even do what I originally brought my car in for. When I went inside to check on the status, I was met with attitude instead of answers. The employee actually raised his voice at me as if I wasn’t even worth their time. No lo recomiendo cuando vienes por primera vez te vende las gomas la garantia la alineacion de por vida pero cuando vienes por la garantia como no tienes que pagar se echan todo el dia para hacerte algo que en 20 min lo hacen no me parece no vengo mas
