The staff was prompt and efficent. I was provided with honesty rather the promises. Overall experience was great !
I did online with a time they choose for me got a call to get rescheduled the next day at 9am and got here and have to wait 1 hour for and appointment and was treated with no regard
I purchased a battery at Firestone on the corner of Highway 301 and Bloomingdale in 2021. The battery unfortunately failed and was replaced for free in 2024. Florida heat has always been growing on batteries in my experience. My car is at a hard time starting recently and I took it back to Firestone today. Russ got my car looked at immediately, even though I didn’t have an appointment. He ran a diagnostic on the battery and determined it had a bad cell or something. Best experience ever! Everyone there was so kind and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything to me!
Car wouldn’t start intermittently. I took it in on a Sunday, and they were able to fit me in, diagnose, and get my car back to me same day. Incredible service all around.
