My first and last time at a Firestone . I would not recommend unless you just want to hear the excuses for bad service , techs just left , can’t get to your car…. This place is a complete joke
I booked an appointment online that was open. Got a call a few minutes later saying there were no appointments left for the day, which was a little concerning. Also, the tire I was looking for was listed on the website as "usually available same day" with a green checkmark. The location also did not have the tire. Now the good part - they called to tell me they could have the tires in by mid-morning, the next day (the day I wanted to have the service) and even though no appointment, could have it done the same day.
