I had cracked tires that were under 40,000 miles and Richard R got them replaced immediately even though they were gonna close in 30 minutes b/c he was concerned about my safety. He also apologized for the poor customer service I've received at other locations and the next day got my other two replaced in 30 mins with no questions asked. I or the kids could have been seriously injured if the tire had blown! Greatest customer service by far!
Buyer be aware do not purchase a life time tire balance from Firestone.They do not tell you when your tires ware out and you purchase a new set you lose your life time balance ......
Showed up on time for my appointment - assuming it meant my car would get taken care of in a timely manner. Not the case. I have been here for an hour and my car has yet to be seen. Don't schedule appointments for your technicians if you don't have enough to cover the workload.
I appreciate their honesty and all the staff is very courteous and very helpful
