This place destroyed my car. Took it in for routine upkeep. When I dropped it off, it ran just fine. As soon as I picked it up, upon starting it was VERY clear my vehicle was no longer safe to drive. Suddenly, it needs $11,000 in repairs? What a scam. An absolute joke of an establishment. I’ll be losing my job and home due to loss of transportation all because I made the mistake of taking my vehicle to be serviced here. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Can’t convey enough appreciation to Jay and the team. Jay found out the original OEM tires I wanted for my C6 Corvette were being discontinued. He found me a set, no easy task since the fronts were in one city and rears in another. 4 of the last 8 in existence. He kept me well informed and worked me in for installation around my crazy work schedule. When your appointment is at 12 and they dont take your car in to change oil and rotate tires till 1:50p. and tell uou it will be another hour and a half I consider that poor customer service. Perhaps they we over booked. We told them we couldnt wait. We canceled appointment and left.
They are friendly and know what they’re doing. I’ve been going to them for more than 8 years. Thanks for always providing great service.
I have been going to Firestone for over 20 years and I have no complaints. The guys at the Recency Firestone are first rate, always courteous to me and very helpful. I would rather go to Firestone than the dealership any day. Thanks Firestone.

Im giving 3 because my first visit was great replace tires, alignment and oil change in timely manner, but my second visit my oil change and check alignment took 2 and half hours. I was told 45 to 1 hour. But when I ask what's going on with my car Chris White gives me an attitude that said it's taking a while because of the alignment. I didn't argue because at this point I just want to get out there and be done with them.
