They did a great job ignoring me today. I needed air in my tires and a new battery. Instead of my business they earned a negative rating.
I over heard an employee say that the management encourages to nickel and dime poeple. I don't advise anyone to do work with crooked mechanics.
I only came in for an oil change, and they found that my battery was weak. The store manager actually went through the work of tracking down where I bought my battery almost 3 years ago and got it replaced for free! When have you ever heard of a mechanic tracking down free parts for you?
