Henry and Byron were very efficient and got us on our way.
I went in for an alignment ended up with a flat tire as I was leaving. The manager and the technicians did everything that they could to repair the tire and not have me take it off and take it back to the original place that I purchased it at. The tire had a huge hole in it and wasn’t even holding air. They were Brand new tires and still under warranty they saved me a logistical nightmare, and in the end there was no charge for it. Thank you Firestone team.
