Repairs were done quickly. Service staff was very friendly and communication was excellent.
This location is the absolute best!! Everyone is always so friendly and happy. With our recent cold weather, I have had to come by a few times to get air in my tires. When I pull up, or any customer for that matter, they drop everything and come take care of us immediately. I don't have to get out of the car or even ask. They just know! Kenton has been a total sweetheart every time I come in. He is always smiling and goes the extra mile...and he has amazing taste in music. Gotta love these guys. Bent my exhaust while replacing my tire, ruined entire rear bumper.
Terrible experience at Firestone Durango! I recently had brake service at that location for front brake pads. They couldn't get the sensor to reset, stating there was a problem and that a computer update was needed. When I took it to the dealer, the dealer said the sensor wasn't hooked up correctly to the brakes and couldn't attach to the pads Firestone installed. When I spoke to manager Patrick, all he said was that the Chevy dealers are liers! Patrick is one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met. Hard to believe ... read more
