We have used Firestone on Durango for several years and they have always been good to us.

We made an appointment and when arrived was told couldn’t work on car for hours. Would have appreciated a call since we had an appointment!! Servicing was fine.
These gentlemen are honest and thorough. Went in for $1000 alternator job (I was positive that’s what it was) and they easily could’ve charged me, but, they did inspection and it showed everything working perfectly. Also checked my squeaky brakes. Could’ve charged me for that too, but they didn’t. Hard to find honest mechanics who you can trust. Personally, I won’t ever go anywhere else. Thanks y'all!
