Stranded in downtown Indianapolis in a valet parking garage with a completely dead battery. Jesse at Firestone had my battery (an odd ball) in stock, was open on a Saturday and lined me up with a tow. Push, pull, click. A bad day made reasonable.
Do not do business with this place. All I asked for was a wheel nut to be tightened on my car. The tire didn't even have to be taken off. The salesman told me he needed to charge me the cost of replacing a wheel bearing JUST TO TIGHTEN THE NUT, a 60 second job, and it would cost a minimum of $125.00. The salesman attempted to con the wrong person. I got it done for free at Autozone. I don't advise anyone to deal with these people.
