My husband and I had our transmission go out on us while on the way back from our daughters graduation from IU. We pulled into Firestone and talked to the guys there. They weren't able to help us w/our car, but they gave us the name of the tow service they use to get towed to the dealership. And got in touch w/a car rental place and had one of their guys drive us down to pick up the car. They really went above and beyond helping us!!
