This Firestone location was recommended to me by good friends who live locally in the area. While waiting for a sway bar replacement and new rear brakes/pads, I was able to talk with Ron, the shop's manager. Ron was very down to Earth and honest. I did not feel pressure even for a moment from any upselling attempts. He was very helpful and even took me back to the shop to show and point out to me what was broken and needed replaced.
