Ron, Manager of the Firestone Auto Care facility, has always treated me fairly and professionally. He often suggests preventive maintenance items that would help my vehicle and any repairs that are done are done correctly and quickly. Ron has a very good rapport with customers and seems to always try to help them with their needs.
