This place used to be great I’ve been bringing my cars here for over ten years and I had nothing but great things to say about them but in recent years the service and customer service has declined greatly, I recently brought in my car for new tires and alignment, but during this process the gentleman that was supposedly in charge had a very non approachable attitude and after they installed my tires I realized they had scratched all four of my rims on the Balancing machine and after I brought it to there attention they said... read more

We were from out of town with a flat tire and the men here were so amazing at getting us back on the road to Virginia. 10/10. Harris is one in a million. You need to make him a manager or something. He’s professional, kind and keeps you up to date on when they’ll get you out of there. We got a new tire in 30 mins. Thank you so much guys! Come see them
I'm driving through the tunnel from NYC and my Hyundai Sonata is overheating. As I make it into Jersey City, white smoke starts to appear from the hood of the car. It's Sunday, around 3pm and most Mechanic Shops are closed. My wife finds Firestone, we give them a call and they said bring the car in. Won't be able to look at it the same day but would take a look at it the next day. The drop off was easy.
