They did a great job giving me options and saving me some money.
This location has gotten worse and worse with time. They switched our tire while there was nothing wrong with the tire. In two days the tire started leaking air, we came back. Now they are saying there's something wrong with the rim which is causing the tire to lose air. We are taking the car to the dealership now to get the rim fixed. Jim the manager was great helpful and very informative at this location got me in and out for a wheel alignment and helped me look at different tires and pricing on my vehicle. Got a vehicle alignment done in less than an hour. The tech Ramon was very knowledgeable and performed great work. They even showed me how bad the alignment was off and how it looked after it was all done on paper thru the machine. Outstanding service would highly recommend this location it’s been here for years and they do great work.
I had my vehicle for full inspection, and while the inspection I had low washer fluid. They forgot to refill it, later when i asked the technician he told me to pull Up the vehicle we will refill. And when i pulled up the vehicle other guy mentioned we are out of washer fluid and told me to buy one. I don’t want to argue with. The tech who received my vehicle and told me to pull up the vehicle he was trying to help the customer and the other attitude was exactly opposite didn’t bother to care about the customer.
