The service was excellent and it was very quick. The attendant, Paris, was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

It's comforting to know that there are still good people in the world, but most specifically in the auto care/repair business. I 100% recommend that anyone needing any kind of auto care bring their vehicle to Firestone in Jersey City, located on Route 139. This Firestone location has an A-Team group of mechanics and technicians.
I am happy that I found this place after I was towed in with a flat. These men were so attentive to me and everyone else that was there. I will be back hopefully just for maintenance visits but if I have a flat, I trust them to do a good job as they have done for me today.
The Jersey City location has lost its value due to the decline in what used to be excellent customer service and competitive prices. John was rude and defensive. I have also recently complained about the printer at my last two visits, citing the illegible printout for work orders and receipts given to customers. This is my second visit to this location and I could not be happier with the professionalism, quality of service and the speed of service. Great job to the Jersey City Firestone team!
