Unbelievably slow service! Seems like a very unmotivated bunch here.
Consistently good care. Been going here for 20 years.
I went in for an alignment and when I went to pick up my truck I was made to wait 30mins until the assistant manager finished an inspection so that he could tell me that they had driven my truck off the lift and damaged it. For a week now, I've been dealing with claims waiting on someone ("upper management") respond to an email approving the amount for the repairs. I was told my windshield wiper blades were the reason for my failed inspection. When I asked if I could change them myself (at $6 a blade), I was told I would have to pay another $25 for another inspection, so begrudgingly I went along with them replacing them for $40. However, after they already replaced them, another employee told me I had the standard 15 days to fix the problem. I felt lied to. No to mention, those blades were brand new from the start. Worst service ever, manager had no balls and could not assign anyone to fix a tire. He was asking who wanted to take job. It was a Friday with 30 min till closing time. We were not helped and turned away!
So far service is fine. I will be sure to check things out when they finish but right now I'm satisfied!
The worst service that I've ever received!!! Purchased new tires and made an appointment to get them installed. I arrived to my appointment 45 minutes early (12:17pm). I was told it would take a hour. I sat patiently in the waiting area. I agreed to an alignment. Well at (2:31 pm) my car was ready. I paid the bill and left.
