These guys did a great job on my daughter's Nissan Altima (brakes). I had them work on my F150 back in "19 (brakes) and they did not disappoint this time. Great service and finished the same day. Thank you, Firestone (Redrock, LV.), you guys are awesome.

Over the past 14 years going to the Rock springs Firestone I’ve only had 2 bad interactions…. But the good outweighs the bad for sure, the 2 people that I had bad interactions with are no longer there. Yesterdays visit was simple needed to replace 2 of my stock tires & my alignment was off a bit, and the two hour visit seemed to fly by fast. Great service& I observed how the 2 employees were so kind to everyone. Thank you again I love Firestone
Firestone has always treated me fairly each time I’ve been there. All of the technicians and staff have been friendly and helpful.
I came in for an alignment and left with a crooked steering wheel, I called back to tell them the issue, they said I needed a caster/camber bolt kit to fix the crooked steering wheel, I took my vehicle back the next day and they did a full inspection. They told me I needed new upper control arms to fix the issue. I left kinda disappointed, But got home, made a call and got it fixed in 30min with out compromising my alignment.
