Went to go get an oil change and was met with a smile and a good morning, they made it real simple and easy to get what I needed, I wasn’t harassed and hassled for extra stuff I felt I didn’t need, also was very nice and made me feel like I was more than just a customer. I could I would give this place a six star review, I highly recommend coming to Firestone especially the rocksprings location.

Great service here and extremely nice! They got me in really fast for my tire change and did my oil change. they really helped me I’m appreciative of them. I’m definitely returning! thank you!!!
I made an appt for a specific time with these guys and naturally with my luck the minute I go to drive over my car is totally dead so I called to let them know and was noticeably stressing in the phone but they let me bring my car in 30 min late even with them being busy. Which really took a load off my shoulders stress wise. They gave me a great deal. This place is going to be my new go to! 🩷
