This place is a model for exemplary customer service. Both front desk guys (Austin and Andrew) were genuine and authentic in caring for me and helping me get my car back on the road. After speaking with the tech who worked on my car (Adon), I felt like I was in good hands and I will most definitely be returning as a regular customer. Decided to try this location afters years of just going to the one I was used to. Isaac and Austin have made me a permanent customer with their awesome customer service and the techs I have had were all very thorough and made sure the work was done right. They let me ask questions without rushing me or being rude. I have left happy every time and recommend the shop to friends and family.

Andrew is amazing he got us in this morning for our brakes without an appointment and was to able to get us out in time to leave for a family emergency trip and he gave us a discount. Great customer service I will always choose Firestone over Les Schwab any day they are so rude at Les Schwab horrible service there. Thanks Andrew and the whole Firestone Crew!
