A great team of guys work here. They are thorough, accommodating, and patient while juggling a busy auto garage. They have an upbeat attitude every time I come in and are always on their game with what they can do your vehicle. I dig it.
They were quick and very friendly. Told me what needed to be done and by when. Definitely recommend!
These guys are great!!! Just bought tires there a week ago, and unfortunately had a flat yesterday. They fixed it no problem for me! Even had an employee (Lilly, I think) drive to a different location to get the tire just so I didn't have to wait longer than I already had. Been coming here for a while, I will continue to do so.
Worst customer service ever, too many hidden fees. And what is a customer buying 4 brand new tires and you tell them oh yeah btw the warranty doesnt cover flat tires you need an additional warranty????? This will be the one and only time i ever get tires or service from firestone i am so utterly disfusted at how you guys treated my girlfriend. Les schwabb has way better service manners and warranty.
Everyone I talked to here was pretty cool but shout out to the girl at the front counter! It's a shame I don't remember her name at the moment but she went above and beyond to help me out with a car problem I had; even as they were closing! Probably wouldn't have gotten it home today otherwise. Was very much appreciated. Thank you
The girl at the front desk was awesome but they're mechanics might need a little more training. I was told my turn singles in my license plate light didn't work that's because the guy had my hazards on when you try to turn him on so maybe a little more training there other than that they were great
Second visit here and once again they were awesome. Aron helped us out and the mechanic (forgot his name) was great too. The car and truck are running great! Thanx guys! We'll be back! �
