If I could give negative stars I would. Your "manager" Ashley has horrible customer service skills. She is super rude and doesn't seem to care much about her customers or her business. I called in to ask a simple question and was met with nothing but an attitude and no answer to my question. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Plenty of other places to go with more polite employees and cheaper prices!
Been going to this place for decades for oil changes, tires, and minor repairs, but I am done with them. I have lifetime front end alignment, but said they could not align unless I have $1000 work done on the front end. (Another place did it, no problem.) They told me when I bought tires it came with flat repair. Now they say it's $20. While they had my vehicle for flat repair I asked if they would check the exhaust (which had suddenly got louder).
