THEY SUCK BROKE MY AC EVEN MORE THAN IT WAS THEN SAID I HAD TO TAKE IT TO A DEALER !!!
Where do I start??? Car had to be flatbedded in because we lost a Caliper Bracket mounting bolt on the driver's side front. Between the manager and the mechanic and 2 other techs, they were searching and scrounging high and low for a bolt for my car. 2 1/2 hours later, the mechanic found something to work. NO CHARGE!!!! My only expense was the $25 dollar � fare because I had 3 other passengers. This could've been a 2-4 day delay before getting home. This crew stepped up huge! Thanks fellas!!!!
They don't know what they are doing. I doubt any of the auto techs are ASE certified. They sprayed anti-corrosion on the battery terminal and then attached the cable, which created an insulating layer between the terminal and connector.

I had an appointment to change all four of my tires. I got there 5minutes before my appointment and I left 2hrs and 45 minutes later!! I am not very happy. What is the point of the appointment?
Go in to have a tire replaced. Told the guy on the phone that it was the driver's front that needed to be replaced. Come out after they are done... the passenger side front was replaced. Their fix?Wanting me to spend another $112 to get the driver's front done.
