I had an appt at 11am and did not get out til 230pm. the tech vwent to lunch before truck was done and could've had it done in 15 min. Very sorry service.
Recommendedmy appt was at 9:00 am it's 12:20 pm and it's still on the lift.... I'm waiting patiently to spend 949.00 dollars.... service and communication was good it was just timely...
My daughters tire had a nail in it. She bought the tire hazard coverage so the repair should have been free. They claimed the sidewall was damaged and tire couldn’t be repaired. I got the old tire and there is no visible damage to the sidewall or any part of the inside. I’ll have checked by another tire shop to see if I don’t see something. If they say there’s no sidewall damage I’ll seek advice as to my best course of action. She had a flat last month and they told her the same thing and sold her another tire. Suspicious 😒

Took my van to Firestone today 3 hours before closing on a Sunday with a flat tire. I have a medical test scheduled for tomorrow in Columbia so I needed this fixed right away. Patrick was great and got the job done no questions asked! Great service!
Worst experience ever! Out of town with flat tire. They could not get a replacement yet made me wait 2 hours just to put my spare on. Horrible service!!
I have been stranded here for over 24 hrs and they told me my car would be ready mid morning...after spending another 160 on a motel room..we came back..car is not ready ..all we can get is sometime today..which is a wide span since they close at 7.. we are missing work and have no option to go home since we are 4 hrs away...he said it was a hard thing to replace...yet half the time we dont even see him at our car...so yes...I guess it is hard to replace if ur not actually working on it....dont recommend this place to anyone
They make appointments but still work you in whenever! I’m pretty sure most people make appointments according to their work schedule! If you can’t keep appointment times don’t even make appointments an option!!!!
Quality of work is excellent. Mechanics are excellent. Front end staff are short and rude. Intentionally interrupted me to ask me not to spell my last name.
