i would never ever go to firestone again! My appointment is at 11am for change oil but it’s 1pm now and they haven’t started yet. Super annoying!!! THEY KEEP SAYING THAT I’M NEXT ALREADY BUT HAVENT STARTED YET . SUPER ANNOYING!!

I made an appointment for my dad when he arrived 30 minutes early they couldn’t find his appointment and refused to see him until the next day when he showed them the appointment text message confirmation and cleared up the confusion they still refused to honor the 5pm appointment even though it was for a drop off diagnostic and we had set next day as pick up for convenience so they wouldn’t have to rush diagnosing the vehicle absolutely terrible customer service and incredibly misleading online appointment booking
Staff helped me with a blown tire at the last minute. Service was great and friendly!
