I had problems with my tires with 5000 miles and just about a year old. Went to find Firestone on Ventura blv in Encino the the decided that the Two tires need to be replaced and they’re gonna order them so when I went back, there was a girl who helped me. Literally the BEST auto care in the valley. We have used them for the past 4 family cars we own. Obviously they do tires and alignment etc but this is a full auto care garage. We have done brakes, alignment, suspension and full diagnostics. They treat you like family and in this day and age it is so appreciated!! Highly recommend.
Ive been a customer for years now but the service by this new guy there has been ruining my mood lately and last time i went in they left black oily hand prints all over my driver door and hood , that being said , im switching to north Hollywood bye guys

Got my car checked axles, teamGot my axles check, noisy drive at FS,let me know just 1 axle needed replacement,but also my wheel bearing was damaged be better to change both,car running great now. will recomend shop to friends.
