11-01-25 update from my last review: Very disappointed and unhappy with this Firestone Elgin location. Now I have to take my vehicle to the dealership to pay them to correct and fix the damaged occurred by Firestone Elgin, which includes the rear passenger rotor, brakes and drums that Firestone Elgin caused. I'm definitely going to request Firestone Elgin to compensate/refund me what I have to pay to the dealership for any and all out of pocket expenses for this same issues (five month headache). Rotger fixed an annoying electrical issue with my broken taillight that another shop couldn't figure out. Now I don't have to worry about getting pulled over.
