Anthony was awesome. Came in to look at a highway shake and a loose muffler. He took great care of us and got both addressed.
They did a wrong service and refused to answer how to make a complaint. They don't even have cameras in the workshop to review their mistake. Last time to visit.
I towed my Subaru there for a diagnostic due to the At Temp/Oil light strobing. They told me I needed a new transmission, noted that the transmission fluid was clean, looked new. Towed the car to Subaru since the transmission was under warranty. Subaru found that both the transmission fluid and coolant were both the wrong color (different Firestone, different state). Had the transmission not been under warranty, I would have believed this diagnosis for the several thousands of dollars and several weeks it would take for them... read more
