This place tries to sell you what ever they can whether you need it or not.My wife took her suv there for an estimate on front struts they gave her a $1200 estimate on the struts then told her the rotors were bad.I JUST had the pads and rotors replaced 2 months ago!I was shocked at the estimate also so I took the suv to another popular tire shop and they gave me an $800 price on the struts and said the pads and rotors were in perfect condition.I assume Firestone was assuming my wife was just some dumb female with a nice car ... read more
