This is the WORST location ever imaginable! They NEVER have any openings for oil changes and always have to schedule you one 3 days out to come back, can’t get a tire replaced on the same day even if calling at 7am in the morning, have to make an appointment for 2 days out. Not sure how but Brandon can NEVER get you in on the same day or next day for anything you need, always too busy! Took my 2008 Subaru in thinking I needed brakes since the brakes would squeal sometimes when braking. Nope, didn’t need to replace brakes. Cleaning and adjusting. Also had them clean corrosion off battery posts, oil change, and I requested new windshield wipers. Said it was good to go. I have been going to this Firestone location since it opened. The only complaint I have is their brand of coffee sucks. But it is free.
Very poor customer service towards African American women. I will never get any services from your company again. Every white women that came in manager Joel was patient and spoke to them with respect.

I cannot offer high enough praise for Brandon and his crew. I own a 1981 Ford and as years go by good service has become as hard as parts to find. Fortunately I found the Loughborough Firestone where neither one are ever in short supply. Their price is always fair and upfront. They do their best to get quality parts at good prices. And I've never met anyone working there that doesn't genuinely seem to like their job. I've been trusting my car with these guys for over five years and really cannot say enough praise for them.
Good customer service and good work, I really like the fact they you can enjoy free coffee and wifi while you wait on your vehicle to be serviced...
I came right off Highway 55 south and right in Firestone! Great experience with Gene and the rest of the hard working crew! They threw 4 new donuts on, quick oil change And out the door! Best service ever, I will be back! (And cleanest garage ever! Even the unisex bathroom! Impressed!)
