Do not get any repairs done I repeat this from the bottom of my heart�I went and paid to get my heater hose pump a month ago and they tried to charge me 360 dollars but lowered it to 280. Now out of the blue my heater hose has a hole in it b a good Samaritan helped me out when my car was smoking n showed me how my heater hose looks like it never was changed.not only have other friends of mine been through similar things but a shop like this deserves to be exposed. They"re very friendly , they took little longer to finish my car but I understand because was on Saturday and is a busy store & busy day, other than that I'm 100 % satisfied

This is normally our "go-to" spot for oil, battery and tire services. but after they gave my wife a work order for over $1k in work, with 300% markups on parts, I was done.
Great service I did not have to wait long, and everything was explained to me in detail!!!
Service was great. They are really busy!! ALOT of customers So in turn there is a wait. Which is to be expected. Enjoyed my visit. Would return again.
The guys at Firestone were super friendly and helpful. I had a nail on my tire. I was there for 45 minutes, but that's expected on a Saturday afternoon. I'll be back for my filter and oil change.
I took my Chevy Impala to get a full service oil change. I had no problem with my car none what so ever and all of a sudden my motor cracked because they put too much oil in my car. They want to tell me that it was my coolent, that's a lie but guess what its not over. Firestone is going to pay trust and believe. All u wanted was my car fix but no they said it wasn't their faut. That was a lie..
