I go to Firestone and I get my help from Jared no matter how busy he is he always comes around and helps me . If you need good help please ask for Jared at Firestone on Durango.
Went in for an oil change, paid extra for the care package, which was supposed to get a tire rotation, and they did not rotate my tires and I know this because one of my tires is a different brand than the other three and all the tires are in the same place
