Always professional!
I usually have a pretty good experience at this location, however, on a few occasions I have been left standing at the counter upon arrival for 10 minutes before I'm even acknowledged. Today I called ahead, made an appointment based on when the employee said was the best time to come for the shortest wait, and was still ignored upon arrival. This place was terrible. Because of Vic the bald older guy at the front of the shop. My car was shaking with the check engine light on. My diagnostic code reading gadget let me know one of the spark plugs was misfiring. And to STOP DRIVING THE CAR since this could lead to severe engine damage. I showed Vic the code & asked him to NOT test drive the car. Only confirm the diagnosis. Check spark plugs & ignition coils. And fix the problem. Simple, right?
