I do love to bring my car to Firestone in Santa Monica Blvd. They always give me a great customer service, they inspect my car like if it was their car. I just love Firestone. I really trust these people!�
Well , I thought they did a great job and good customer service. BUT, BE CAREFUL, they do not really do their point to point inspection. It is very careless that they did not check my hand brake. It was working perfectly when I brought it in to have the front brake pads replaced. This is very negligent on their part. They don't stand up to their name "complete auto care". This is very frustrating!!!!!!!!!
